Where do we train?
We can work out anywhere according to your convenience, including your home, your building or community gym, outdoors, or selected commercial gyms.

Can I workout with a friend or family member?
Yes, you can certainly workout with your friend or family as long as we are working on similar goals and skills.
I want to workout at home, but I don't have any equipment. Can we still workout?
Yes, in that case, we will bring along some basic equipment for us to have a good workout session.
